When you submit an order, we will make all diligent efforts to get your merchandise out to you in a timely manner. Processing your order takes about 3 business days. Shipments currently go out on Thursdays. Please note once your order ships, no changes can be made to a shipping address.
We gladly ship in the US and internationally via USPS, using current USPS fees; please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, excluding holidays. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you if and when the item will be available.
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order.
We accept returns on all unworn merchandise, except panties and sale items, for a refund or shop credit. Please request a return following the below instructions. Merchandise must be returned in its original package. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges.
How to Return Merchandise
Submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the email’s subject.Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Place the label onto your package, take the package to the nearest drop off location and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Should you choose to use another shipping method at your own expense, we recommend that you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records. Please be sure to include your original order number in your return package, so we may identify and process it quickly upon receipt. Once received, returns may take between five to seven days to be processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.
