Returns and Exchanges
If you are having any trouble deciding on which size to purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will help guide you through our fits.
As much as we’d love your pieces to fit perfectly the first time around, we understand that shopping online can be uncertain. Because of this, we are happy to accept returns on all unworn merchandise, except panties and sale items, for a refund or shop credit.
Returns
Please request a return following the below instructions. Merchandise must be returned in its original package. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return for Refunds
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise only.
How to Return Merchandise
1. Submit a return request with your order number in the Subject line to jackie@barereverie.com upon 72 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Once the return request is approved, send your returns item(s) back to:

3. Item(s) are sent back to Bare Reverie at the customers cost using a traceable shipping method.
4. All items must be assessed by Bare Reverie before a return is approved and refund is processed. Please note we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost in transit.
Important Information
- Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer, we strongly suggest a traceable shipping method when returning items to barereverie.com.
- We are unable to accept any returns on soiled or unclean garments for hygienic purposes, we strongly recommend trying items over underwear until you have decided to keep your order.
- For ease of processing, no returns will be accepted if you have not emailed jackie@barereverie.com, we reserve the right to return to sender any packages that have not gained approval prior.
- Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is deemed faulty and has been assessed by barereverie.com
- We are unable to refund any duties or taxes, we recommend that you contact your local customs office if you wish to claim back taxes and duties on returned orders.
- We do not accept, exchange or refund items for general wear and tear or misuse.
- Please follow all washing instructions in style description/label for the correct care of your garment as our fabrics are often delicate.
- We are unable to accept a return outside of 1 month from the purchase date.
- We only accept returns on garments purchased through barereverie.com
